These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") outline the terms and conditions governing the provision and delivery of text messages by Tutors or our text message service providers to you. By enrolling in Tutors's text messaging program, you agree to the following terms:
1. Consent and E-SIGN Disclosure
By agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to the use of an electronic record to document your agreement. To withdraw your consent to the use of the electronic record, email Tutors support with "Revoke Electronic Consent" in the subject line.
To view and retain a copy of this disclosure or any information regarding your enrollment, you will need (i) a device (such as a computer or mobile phone) with a web browser and Internet access and (ii) either a printer or storage space on such device. For a free paper copy or to update your contact information, email Tutors support with your contact details and delivery address.
2. Enrollment & Eligibility in Tutors Text Messages
To start receiving text messages from Tutors, you need to register on our website. By completing the enrollment process, you are agreeing to comply with these SMS Terms, Tutors' Terms of Use, and Tutors' Privacy Policy.
By opting in for Tutors text messages, you acknowledge that Tutors or its representatives may utilize automated or non-automated technology to send you informational and/or promotional text messages. The specific content of these text messages will depend on the SMS campaign(s) you have chosen to participate in. It's important to note that receiving Tutors text messages is entirely optional and not a prerequisite for purchasing any property, goods, or services from Tutors.

3. Costs of Receiving Tutors Text Messages
Participating in Tutors' text message program is free of charge. However, please be aware that standard message and data rates may apply. Depending on your wireless plan or other relevant providers, you may be subject to charges from your carrier for the text messages you receive.
4. Frequency of Tutors Text Messages
Once you opt in, you will receive an initial message confirming your successful enrollment in our text message program. Subsequently, you can expect to receive recurring text messages from us. The exact number of messages you receive will vary and depend on how you interact with our services. Factors such as your usage patterns and specific interactions can influence the quantity of text messages you receive. For example, if you send a HELP request, it may result in additional messages being generated.
